You have 14 days from the date of service completion to request a return or refund for eligible items or services, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories. Custom-made decorations and personalized items are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or defective items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Process

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: custom-made decorations, personalized items, perishable goods, and services already completed more than 14 days ago.

Service Cancellation Policy

Event decoration services may be cancelled according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your booking.

Cancellation fees may apply: 48+ hours before event (no fee), 24-48 hours before event (25% fee), less than 24 hours before event (50% fee).

Refund Procedure

Refunds are processed according to the terms outlined in your service agreement. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
